By accessing and using the Geoanaltech Learning Platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. Geoanaltech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All educational content, training materials, software, and proprietary data provided on the platform are the exclusive property of Geoanaltech or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Geoanaltech and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Geoanaltech.

All payments for courses or consulting services must be made through the approved payment gateways. Our refund policy is detailed on the dedicated "Refund Policy" page. Generally, requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 10% of the course content. Geoanaltech reserves the right to deny refunds if terms are not met.

In no event shall Geoanaltech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
